About the Project

Picked up the Honor and Treachery boxset at PAX: Unplugged last year, and had been slowly working through the miniatures on the old forum. So going to post the progress on the boxset here, mostly painting, but probably a few battle reports as well.

So this one I started this weekend, not quite finished, but basic colours, washes, and minor details put together. So still WIP.

Started this one basically a few days ago, and finished it off this weekend. Tried out a technique from a painting tutorial here on doing gold metals for his backpack. I think I probably picked the wrong gold for the final highlight, (Golden Gryphon), as it was probably duller than the middle layer (shining gold).

All of this force of Skorza are designed to look like they are fighting on a riverbank. For the Shield Breaker, I thought I would change it up and make it as if the big fellow had stepped fully into the water.

So these were basically posted in the old forums, had a few minor tweaks especially on the bases, but basically, these were the first ones finished. Found the steel-look armour blended in too much with the grey fur, so ended up going with a more bronze-looking armour for the rest.
