Seeing Santa on the roof, the gangsters send in a roadster to extract their prize!

But the elves have a trick up their stripped sleeves and summon a frost giant and suddenly, Jack Frost appears!

The gangster driving the roadster floors it but Frost runs up and tries to pull the driver through the window!  The driver floors it and …

… loses control, narrowly misses the cops in the road, hits a park bench, crashes into a newsstand sending newspapers flying! … loses control, narrowly misses the cops in the road, hits a park bench, crashes into a newsstand sending newspapers flying!

One gangster is thrown through the windshield and killed outright, one dies in a hail of gunfire and one thinks about fighting but surrenders and is cuffed.

Seeing his ride crash, the gangster on the roof threatens to Hans Gruber the Christmas spirit.  The cops and elves hesitate as they ask, who’s Hans Gruber?  After a few seconds of indecision, they rush the building!  The gangster yeats Santa off the roof and now a dawning realization of what to Hans Gruber someone actually means.

Fortunately, Santa lays his finger beside his nose and gently floats down to safely land in the street.

Seeing no profit in this, the gangster on the roof tries to make his getaway by jumping down on the roof of the building next door. He clears the gap, lands in the roof and breaks his leg. He then hobbles over to the roof edge and throws himself into a snow bank on the ground. He makes a quick snow angel then hobbles off into the night.

He’s definitely on the naughty list.
