Both the live stream and the speed video cover what was done but I will also try my best to describe.

The miniature was originally primed with Black from below and White from above in a traditional way using the airbrush. For this project, because I wanted the underside to be brighter I started by using a white primer over the black to lift to a nice bright white.

Following that I used Hexflame Wraith all over the model but only from below, I thin lifted it further in the centre or deepest parts with Tesseract Glow.. the idea here was the power or entity is coming from within the creature.

Then I painted the rest of the miniature in dark colours so the top of the creature, the horse and any small parts.

After this had all dried I went back with the airbrush to blend in best I could the glow from the greens into the darker areas. This was a bit of trial and error but I think it turned out ok.

Painted the claws, added blood effects and touched up where needed. All in all, this was roughly a 2.5-hour paint job, the base was simple just texture paint and tufts, more blood because why not?
