After cutting two pieces to shape I used PVA glue to join them and then used some more PVA to hide any gaps between the two pieces.

After cutting two pieces to shape I used PVA glue to join them and then used some more PVA to hide any gaps between the two pieces.

Here you can see where I used some basing compound to fill in the premolded cut line in the foam.
