I am Ironman
Okay, wow, that was quite a while to be working on one figure but I finally finished Ironman from the Earth’s Mightiest Core Set. I have struggling with Non-Metalic Metals for some time and really wanted to use this mini as an opportunity to push the concepts. I had to start over a few times and am still not in love with the result but I am pleased and feel I learned a lot. He will look great on the table and I have a couple of different Ironman minis to keep practicing on.
Almost as big a deal as learning new skills, this completed miniatures marks the final piece of the Core box I received in January and ignited this whole superhero journey. It is a great feeling to have finished a box set. Considering how many of these I have acquired over the years and NOT finished work on I wonder it a major accomplishment.
