Texas became an independent state which allowed them to make their own laws such as bringing back the slave trade. It also led to war with the US a few years later and Mexico loosing more territory

The Texans race forward but the Mexicans also advance on mass sending artillery shells across the field. After a vicious fire fight the remaining Mexican cavalry cuts into the texans who pull back the cavalry are shot up by three different units. What started with a solid Texan advance ended in the opposite result to history. The battle was close with casualties down the line but the solid mass of Mexican infantry steam rolled up the line. A final victory and a final post for this project.
