Scenario four: surrounded
Colonel Fannens small force was caught in the open by General Urreas superior force. The Texans dug in and firmed Square placing artillery on the corners. Urreas cazadore rifleman targeted the draft animals to prevent any escape before aiming for artillery crews. The following morning Fannin surrounded. Santa Anna later ordered their execution and Iver 300 men were shot dead including Fannin. This didn't help the Mexican cause
The texans just have to take out half their attackers to win but not all the Mexicans start on the table. As the first wave marches forward to the sound of the drums artillery starts to drop around them
On the second turn Mexican grenadiers appear behind the texans as reinforcements start a flanking manoeuvre 
The texans try and concentrate fire on a single regiment to break them and copying history file man take out artillery crews before I fantry storm the texans position.
On the opposite side of the square a sole surviving artillery man has no chance against Mexican bayonets 
With infantry at the front and ranchero cavalry at the rear the game was up. The Texans are marched away into captivity and later execution
