German - Step One
Step Two: Paint Base and Layer of uniform
Step Three: Paint Trim
Step Four: Paint base of wood and layer
Step Five: Paint base of metal
Step Six: Paint base of skin
Step Seven: Paint eyes, by smashing black at the face. Also paint shoes!Step Eight: Cry about your inability to paint eyes! Use tears to blend the white and yellow together.
If you can paint eyes, use water instead.
Step Nine: Paint base colour for hair
Step Ten: clean up the terrible job you have done. 
Step Eleven: Paint washes over miniature in select areas.
