Thanks to the Unofficial Hobby Hangout, for things people may want to know.  First the paints I use, standard colors my current range is 2 Thin Coats, except for two sets.  I have the skin tones paint set and the metallics paint set from The Army Painter.  Contrast paints/quick paints in general are Games Workshop’s, but I do sometimes use The Army Painters.  Finally, Airbrush paints are from Miniatare.’

Since I currently regularly play Crisis Protocol and Shatterpoint you will probably see a lot of them in this blog.

One of the things I do not like about The Army Painter’s skin tones set, is the washes are very shiny.  I have not had a chance to clear coat these models and if you look closely at Killmonger’s hands and neck you should see the light reflecting off them.  On bigger models it will even shine through matt clear coat.

Black Panther is done in a deep purple too, instead of black.  I find that adds a little more interest to the model than a regular black and grey look.

Finally, the terrain that came in the Wakanda boxes.  I said to myself, “Myself, you know what would make this easier?  Prime it all in Fur Brown!”  You know what color I ended up never using?  Fur Brown, how did you guess?  Actually, I did try to use Fur Brown, but The Army Painter Fur Brown and Two Thin Coats Fur Brown are nowhere close to each other.  So, I ended up rebase-coating everything and you see the results below.

I also had no idea what to do with the Vibranium carrier, so I got out my airbrush and did a variation on the box cover art.
