A New Hope
Take two.Fast forward to tonight, 24th Jan 2024, and I’ve pulled it back out to have another go. I’ve got a bit of a clearer idea what I’d like to do with it now, I’ve given it a bit of a dusting with pigments to make things a bit more interesting but there still lots to do;
1. Sort the roof, it’s got a bit of a sparse covering of black ballast on it at the moment that need to be improved.
2. Sort the base. I’m thinking about making a reversible base for it to sit in so I could use it in a grassy or urban scene.
3. Tackle the window. I’d like to put a couple of sheets of coloured transparent paper in it to give it a mysterious look, possibly with a view to sticking a light in behind it.
4. Sort the details. There aren’t many, but there’s a couple of doors and a down pipe to pick out on it as well.
