I felt that I would like to add a few further details. The first is a stark warning with the Stalin Order 227 ‘Not one step back‘ pinned to the back of the loo door at eye height.
The next detail being a stack of German leaflets offering safe conduct if they surrender, placed next to the toilet seat to be used as Bog Roll!

Cheers Lloyd! They are ‘Safe Conduct’ passes in Russian, dropped by aeroplane over the Russian lines. The Commissars have had them rounded up and stuck in the loo as Bog-Roll!
