Robin paints Genestealer Cults
While watching the Green Hornet…
Tonight’s project has seen me try to imagine something that was in my head.
So the Patriarch is an amazing model, but the base wouldn’t fit in with my Jungle theme. After some thought I decided to green stuff the pipe and turn it into a tree trunk. Using actual branches and green stuff I began covering the pipe until I was happy with the amount of green stuff on it. Then using a pencil I drew heavily in the green stuff giving the impression of bark. Finally I glued aquarium plants onto the tree and neatened up the lines and put down some boulders (cork).
I’ll wait for this to dry and then add more gravel before priming!
