The Cococuqui - Ladies of the Jungle
Dinosaur Trainer Jesus?
Gerry and his own dinosaur paint schemes are definitely inspiring to do searches for the Cococucqui and I thought of what I could do. My first thought was the bright and poppy schemes from ‘Dances With Blue People’ (some people call the film ‘Avatar’ but my title makes more sense) using the Toruk Makto as a template. I’ll also put out that the promo photo from Titan Forge does nothing to help imagine scale. I’ll have it tower over the rest of the army later.
Considering that the general scheme for these ladies revolves around turquoise it would really break the coherence to throw that much bright contrast to everything else. So more research was done.
Now the general idea forms
This search was initially for the Toruk Makto, then dinosaur art which lead to Raptor Jesus. This also included images of one Dinosaur Trainer Jesus… damn the creators of Velocipastor and Pokémon. This is their brainchild.
