Phantom number two
Second phantom had the same paint job as the first. I used a contrast on the gems on the first but have order the three gem technical GW paints from OTT store to try out.
(Base got two cork bits glued to it then a coat of the pumice texture. Then Primed black. Then sprayed bone white followed by filthy brown from below and finally another coat of bone white from above. The whole model got a coat of contrast skeleton bone followed by a dry brush of bone white. The trim, shoulder pads and hand got a coat of ultramarines blue (game color) then a highlight of magic blue then a mix of magic blue and electric blue followed by a wash of blue tone. The gems got a coat of pale burnt metal. The head and flying wings then got a coat of 50/50 sun yellow and flow improver. The gun and lower wings got a thinned coat of warlord purple followed by a purple tone.)
