You get an model of the pilot in the kit; he’s meant to be used for the Knight’s special character, Canis Rex. Instead, I’ve converted the pilot (he’ll have no use in the game, but this is supposed to be a relaxing hobby thing for me, and I felt like having a pilot mini!).
Legs, fists and a little blokey
One of the problems with the Knight kit is that the legs are fixed in a single pose. So I’ve  reposed the legs, which required a far bit of cutting and was pretty fiddly too. It’s obviously been too long since I tackled anything like this!
But I’m happy with the finished leg pose.

I also coverted the fingers on the fist – I didn’t really like the ‘fingers straight down’ look. I also started on adding the heraldry to the fist armour and the tilting plate.

That’s as far as I’ve got for now.
But I’ll only get a couple of hours a week to work on this, so it’ll be a while before there’s any more progress.
