Ultimate Heroquest Painted Core Set

So I have finally finished the Heroquest box. And I am super chuffed. There are a good mix of techniques used here. The Orcs, Goblins, Fimir and Undead were all painted with Contrast paints and then highlighted up afterwards. I love Contrast paint as I feel it helps you know where the highlights go afterwards.
The other minis were a classic base colour, wash and highlight. I like to use multiple techniques when painting and always love trying out tips and hints I find from other painters such as the mighty Duncan Rhodes and Sorastro.
I feel the main feature is the Acrylic Bases. And oh my science do they look good.
Anyway, they are finished and I am definitely pleased with them.
