hours after we filmed the Weekender Mira Furlan passed away, it’s been over 20 years since B5 left the airwaves but Michael wrote such compelling characters that even to this day I can remember whole scenes and the words of the various characters can draw a wry smile, or cause a tear despite countless viewings.

I have lived their tale countless times and will countless more.

So before Delenn passes beyond the rim for a final time I thought I would leave her words here to remember the countless players who have travelled before her from that Home away from Home to whatever lies beyond this life.

I am a Ranger.
We walk in the dark places no others will enter.
We stand on the bridge, and no one may pass.
We live for the One, we die for the One

Very sad that she’s died at such a young age. Seemingly of something that normally doesn’t effect people.

Such sad news. I only seem to rewatch the show when I’ve of the cast passes – as you say, something that as a show they’ve been more prone to than seems fair. Last time was only a few years ago when Jerry Doyle died.

A lot of the cast have travelled beyond the Rim, so sad. Came on here to shout at you for stealing my project (sort of) but you are at least doing Narn and Centauri so that actually makes me happy, unlike the recent sad news. You better keep this project going (unlike your U-Boot crew). You have been warned.

I wondered if BoW would mark Mira’s passing. I loved seeing Delenn face down Earth force again. This has been a lovely trip down memory lane.
