Farmfields & Scrublands Progress Update 4
It’s a big one.
I basecoated the rocks with Vallejo Model Color Basalt Grey (70.869) and the little pile of chaff with Vallejo Model Color Desert Yellow (70.977). I then coated the fences and the rocks with Secret Weapon Wash Algea (W013) and the pile of chaff with some Citadel Shade Agrax Earthshade (99189953018).
So while the washes were drying I painted up a set of scarecrows from Bad Squiddo Games that will be magnetized into the fields later.
When the washes had dried I put a heavy drybrush of Vallejo Model Color Medium Sea Grey (70.870) over the rocks and a drybrush of Vallejo Model Air Aged White (71.132) over the pile of chaff. I then proceeded to drybrush all of the fences with Vallejo Panzer Aces Old Wood (70.310) and finish off the rocks with a light drybrush of Vallejo Model Air White Grey (71.119). I then started to paint the little bits of rope on the fence gates with Vallejo Model Color Pale Sand (70.837) and finished that off with a bit of Citadel Shade Agrax Earthshade (99189953018).
Today's work.So now I want to seal in all the paintwork and then start working on making the fields actually look like dirt.
