A Slaaneshi army full of deviance and depravity
After getting my trade from the benevolent Soapdodger I now have a squad of 10 daeomonettes on foot and one of 5 Seekers of Slaanesh. I had no intention of building an army before but right now I guess with the incoming Wrath&Rapture box from the kindly Brennon (traded for my cancelled dwarven dirigible project piece he might paint one day [Get an airbrush!!] ); I might as well. I have no idea as far as what to do with the building of a display force for figures but I guess that there should be some notion as to how large I should limit my overall real-estate take up where I might live. As was pointed out in the XLBS for Nov 1, space is a capital concern when you finally get around to having these things around.
I’ve wondered about the sad looking masses of plastic in game stores that lack play and attention to detail in paint and basing. I guess I’ve come into having the issue myself as I look at the prospect of a large force of this kind despite the passing of Warhammer Fantasy Battles with the larger scale troop movements as compared to Age of Sigmar. For the moment I will be pleased to think that I will build, paint and keep one army. I won’t play it as I can’t be bothered to get out and find large games. There’s too much hobby to get done.
