63 Models to go: Here's my progress right now
Right now I’m working on the Rubicon tank and Pak 40 on a project over HERE. Once thats done I’ll move over to this project full time. I’ve made a little start on 3 Asset Drop Tutorial Tiles I wanted to test some paints on, and done a little prep work on the last few models I need to do for my 2020 Hobby Pledge. I always like to have the next project ready to paint before I finish the current project. Plau the heat over the past week has made painting, especially airbrushing really hard, therefore building and prep got done instead.
I don't usually paint these, but the Pumpkin King is interesting, and I want to test out the other paints before I use them on a real model. BTW, that's filing residue on them. I didn't see it until I uploaded the pics
Cyber Beauty by Klukva, to be painted in 3 separate parts. That base was a PITA to figure out how it goes together. Anyone got any good guides for how to paint black stockings or white hair?
Kerub the Armoured Griffin by Legends of Signum. That tail is supposed to rest flat on the base. Its flat on the underside. Thats one hell of a miscast

- Sheer black stockings
- White Wings
- Gorilla flesh and hair (I know its not black. I’ve seen shades of purple?)
- Old Rope
If I want to google for those pillars on Kongs base what exactly am I looking for ? What search terms should I use? Aztec Poles or pillars isn’t being helpful. Or are they a new creation? Right now I’m likely to paint as stone with rope around them.
