Joan of Arc Dragon
Preparation
Seen as the Dragon is pretty much built the only real preparation I needed to do was to base and fill in a few gaps.
Basing was simple, I just used some find sand and a few small (teeny) pieces of slate I had left over from some previous projects.
Filling the gaps was also a simple process with getting some green stuff in there so the parts of the dragon blended together.
Wow love the Dragon @dane001 and congratulations on getting a well deserved gold button.
Them contrast paints look a great set.
They really do, the contrast paints really work well. I wasn’t convinced with them at all and avoided for some time but I’ve definitely come around!!
I’ll get some when thing’s start going again properly.
See if they improve my painting.?
I generally used them for the base colours now and then just pick out the details with ‘normal’ paint. Good luck!
? Thanks I think that it’s the best way to go with the paints.
