Green, lots and lots of green!!
After successfully completing the green on the little guys it was time to do the green skin on the dragon. I didn’t want to drybrush the highlights on him, I’ve always found drybrushed highlights on bigger models doesn’t work well if its a big contrast between the two colours. So I edge highlighted all of the relevant edges on the skin. Took an evening. And then looking at it it was a very harsh jump from one to the other.
I dulled it down with the Thrakka green. It really made a difference:
Flesh on the head done!
The next evening I did the rest of the body, legs and tail. I also textured the small dragons bases with Tamiya soil effect
