Arcworlde 2nd Edition Halflings
This post is just a filler
..well not a filler, but about filling. Once I’d glued them together and swore at myself for creating gaps, I started to fill the gaps with greenstuff and attempted to match the detailing (no sculptor I!!!) I also added a few more rocks to the big dragons base, it’s 120mm across so the big flat areas would look big and flat. I used milliput for this, something I’m terrible with. It was just roughly circular bits blobbed down, kind of shaped and then textured by pushing a stone into it. Did the trick, as you’ll see in the painting bit in the next post
Now, my sculpting/filling skills are weak so on the final models in a couple of places you can see a bit of a seam, I always forget green stuff shrinks but it’s not too bad. Still, that was them built. They then waited a while whilst I painted the halflings.
Next post is about ruining the sculpts with my haphazard painting
