Worst case of "frosting" using GW varnish!

So i got in from a hard week of nightshifts and sat down to watch the guys hobby progress on XLBS. Thought to myself, i still need to varnish that regiment of archers i painted on my last days off, and its a nice dry day.

Spot the difference? I did not.

F#ck :(

Lesson of the Day:

Do not try to varnish models when you’re sleep-deprived.

Also, for a better result, use varnish!

arse, been there and done that. you may be able to clean some off with a paint cleaner, but it feels like repainting is in your future

Luckily it was just a light blast with the grey. Hopefully going over the worst bits with some contrast paints should fix it.
And when it comes to re-varnishing them, i’m gonna double-check which spray i pick up.

Hope it doesn’t take too much to get them back to the pre-“varnish” stage as they were looking amazing.
