John Lord Scrope of Bolton's Great bear
This is the eight unit, not a regiment but actually my army’s first Monster, John Lord Scrope of Bolton’s Great Bear, actually a Mammoth in game terms. As with all the other regiments in the army, I have based the banner on one used in by John Lord Scrope of Bolton in the War of the Roses.
Their livery colours are based on the colours used in the John Lord Scrope of Bolton banner, which is predominately white, with a trim of blue, so I used them. For the white I used Vallejo Model Colour Deck tan and for the blue I used VMC Ultramarine. I also added a yellow to the mix for the trousers and trim and used VMC Yellow Ochre for that.
This and a couple of characters brings my total painted to 1605 points out of a target of 2000 points and means i have painted now 150 minis in 20 days.

I expect the colours to be Deep Purple when I saw the name!
