Wolf's Flames of war late war V4 update
Today is a good day to varish
G’Day folks!
So tonight I did varnish my british tanks after some pigment works (both performed with Mig pigments, europe dust and black sooth) then a Ammo Mig Lucky Matt Varnish with my cheap airbrush and a 0.5mm needle.
Then I got to work on the germans. I had some issues with the green to make up my mind between two ming jimenez greens I ended up with OliveGrun opt2 Mig-002. I haven’t really taken any specific pattern for the camo, just a… Germanish look. and the Mig-015 Schocoladebraun for the brown. The camo was done by switching the needle and front bit of the airbrush and going for 0.2mm. Worked fairly well, besides at the end with the chocolate brown where it started to clog some, but I guess that is mostly due to me taking so long trying greens on paper.
And tonight not one but… two pictures!
