I wasn’t up late last night… You were up late last night.. shh Im an adult I can do what I want…

Okay yeah so I didn’t stop at Hulk last night I finally upped the colours on Modok (he still needs some massive highlights but I grew impatient, no regrets yet. I’m kinda stating the obvious here but the only way you’re going to get better is to practice right? So after I got the base colour right I decided to keep going with the black lining.

All of the black lining on here (as well as on Hulk) has been done with a W&N size 2 brush, which is why its a bit too thick in places on Hulk but I feel I mostly controlled it better here. Its still not my strong point but Im already happier with how its improving.

Now its worth noting that Mike from Epic Duck tends to suggest to avoid black lining the faces and thats the way I intend to go, he generally says the same thing about hair but I am going to do it with Modoks hair but only because his hair isnt natural to begin with and I think it will help keep it looking different.
