What happened??
Well, I think it’s safe to say I dived headlong into this one!
I had intended to be at my first FoW event today taking my mid-war Fighting First Tank Destroyer Company for it’s virgin outing, but life (work) got in the way…
Anyhow, here’s a few pics – all vehicles basecoated with Mig Ammo Olive Drab Dark Base and some with a follow up of Olive Drab Base. I managed to finish a few stands of infantry from the Armoured Rifle Platoon off today, with the rest still WIP…..
And I haven’t started on the Late war stuff yet, although I did get my D-Day Americans book and Command Cards this afternoon so will have a good rummage through that later!
I can’t wait till some of the American based stores start to carry the new ‘D-Day Americans’ book, Command Cards, and Unit Cards. So far I only see stores in the UK shown as having them in stock and for sale.
Sorry to hear that work derailed your “first FoW event”. I’m sure there will be many more.

Had a quick flick through the book and cards, looks pretty good.
Events are a bit of a rare thing over here at the moment, 4th Ed took a toll unfortunately, but it’s slowly picking up again. I’m hoping the release of Late War will speed it up and get some more on the calendar so we’ll see what happens. But yeah 6hrs of unexpected overtime this past week meant I lost my painting time in the evenings to get stuff ready (was trying to finish the infantry off and go with basecoated vehicles).
