The pictures are turning out better now with my phone. I mainly just physically got closer with the phone. I also turned the light down. Surely not as good as I could get with a DSLR but there is a nice aspect: of using the phone the lens can actually be quite a bit lower than the mini so I’m not always shooting down but can shoot on level and even up if I wish.
