Priming and base coats
I decided to go with a white base coat; I wanted these quite bright in comparrison to other models I've done recently. I painted the base with a light coat of oak brown which settled within the recesses of the basing material giving some definition quickly 
I decided to go with the face next, purely because it's such a small detail I could get out the way. I went with black to pick out the irises as they're pretty small so I don't think that they need more than that. The face was done with a base of bugmans glow and highlights with cadian fleshtone 
I did the hair a mix of colours, mainly blacks and browns but I didn't want them all the same so it would add a bit of variety
