The Stone Ruins
The stone ruins are made from left over castings of Hirst Arts bits from pas projects. (I keep a bag of them handy!)
First I dry fit some together and when happy I glue them together and set about giving them extra distressing using a pair of decent clippers.
A couple of extra steps I take, is dry fitting the models to get a feel of whether I will be happy with the result.
And I also take an opportunity at this stage to run a sharp craft knife around the wallpaper on the base to remove any over hangs.
