Spring Clean Challenge; My box of forgotten projects

So I’ve finished the next batch. They just need their bases removed. I also painted up this guy to go in the unit since I was missing a couple.
He's here with his ratty gimp mask and cattle prod to goad the rest into combat 
A note on these guys. I got them in a trade, but the level of building on them confuses me. First they all had their mould lines removed, but some still had little spurs of sprue attached to them. Secondly none of the arms were glued on. Thirdly some have been glued into the bases with plastic glue whereas others were just shoved into the bases. I find the inconsistency confusing.
