The first legion!
I couldn’t wait to get the boxes open, and managed to get a base of Roman legionaries put together. Just one base though!
I have always struggled with mould lines, and here is no different. I can see the big one right down the front leg on the right hand model. I have managed to scrap the arm ones away, but where it is over multiple parts like the sandals or armour plates I have struggled!
Anyway, week off work for Easter! Aim is to have this base painted and based all complete by the end of the week. Always good for little targets, and this is the first.
