Because of issue with color matching 20 year paint, i desided to strip the painted minis and start from scratch.  ( adding more work for myself)

The paints i was using at time was either Ral-Partha paints (discontinue) or Games workshops.

Testor ELO is amazing and very fast.

I have NOT try Testor ELO on model that have been seal the a clear coat, but if your are working on a project and want to start over. This stuff is awesome
