Ok, as I said, in this pack you get a lot of wood for your money! In total there are 23 sprues and 14 of them are unique. The 6 ground floor sections are all unique with different wall patterns and window/door placements as well as different options for the door and window sill style and on some a couple of different door styles.
There are 2 different styles for the 1st floor sections and 2 different roof sprues. Finally there is a set of alternative walls, options for a fort style roof, basement sections, bay windows, stairs and a sprue full of decorative pieces like signs, clocks, drainpipes etc.
To be honest it’s all quite intimidating! The instructions are very basic though he does include a link to a video showing how the kits go together and to be honest it looks pretty straightforward. I think the biggest dilemma I’ll have is deciding which parts I want to use and how I want everything to look in the end!
