As much as I love my barbarian hordes I approach this one with a bit of apprehension. I have a niggling suspicion of Lovecraftian eldritch horror in the shape of a skull faced nipple demon which isn’t related to Slaanesh and isn’t quite Kingdom Death with body horror elements.
