i seen this technique done with snot or puss for plague marines. i use hot glue dab on wax paper (baking paper) and used a tooth pick(cocktail stick) to apply a small amount from the dab of hot glue to the glum line of the hounds and pull down over the teeth pass the bottom jaw until it cool.
