I tend to always copy the text to notepad before posting it and on Beasts of War it seems to help to upload the pictures in smaller chunks of like 4 each time. You can update the entry and then add a couple more until you have the pictures in there that you want. 4 pictures just seems to work for me and that might be different for other people.
Yea, after that first time where the site had logged me out, even though I was actively working on the page, I now write it all up in word first then cut and paste.
