After finishing with the core structure, I used 0.5 mm plasticard to make some edging and add a few bits of detail. Then I cut off rivets from some of the unused parts of the Chimera kit and glued them on to the areas that needed them. I have been accused of being crazy in that, but I wanted to make sure the rivets were the same size as the rest of the model.
