Throwback....Wednesday?
Busy day, so I’m unlikey to get any real hobby work accomplished on my Konflikt stuff, so I figured I’d just update the project log with some of my previous models that are now archived in the older forums. this is a converted M3A2 Pondskater Scout Walker. The crew were modified, add the cage around the pilot compartment, and updated it with a full turret ring and a twin 50-cal. The original model just had the 50-cal on a pintle, and it bugged me that the gun had a 360-degree arc of fire, but to shoot to the rear, the gunner would need to get out and stand on the pilot.
I love that style of chipping effect, it has an animated or comic book style with just the right amount of realism.
Thanks. This was my first try at it. Got a lot of comments that my style was “clean” and cartoony. Gave this a try to dirty it up a bit.
