Castle!
I begin hacking up some stuff
I wanted to mount the castle up on a rocky outcrop, so I got hold of a thick sheet of insulation from a builder’s merchant, cut it to fit the two foot square of mdf I had, then hacked it into something approximating a rocky shape.
At the age of 5, my best friend and I used to play battles on a wonderful castle he had, and that had a sloping path running next to the front wall up to the gatehouse, so I had some misty-eyed nostalgic moments hacking out a path much the same here.
