About us & our Cafe
The origins of Dice & a Slice:
Our cafe started off with a love of board games. As our board game collection grew, so did our passion. Wanting to share our love of board games, we came up with Dice & a Slice - our board game cafe.

Dice & a Slice was not only created to share our passion with current board gamers but also to introduce others to the exciting world of board gaming. Our aim is to give you and your friends a space to play and learn new board games, make new friends, enjoy fun themed nights, eat, drink, and go on an outing with a difference!

We provide great food & drink at our cafe as well as over 400 board games, so even if gaming isn't quite your thing, we invite you to come in for a bite to eat, or a hot coffee as you soak in the atmosphere.

How it works:
If you're excited by the prospect of playing fantastic board games in a warm, friendly atmosphere with your friends, and with food and drink on tap, then great - you've come to the right place! Below shows you exactly how it works:

Pay a cover charge that covers the amount of time you'd like to play (prices below)
Choose any game(s) from our huge selection, sit down and enjoy!
You can choose any game you want from our huge selection, and you can play as many as you want! All you have to do is choose how long you would like to play for and pay the cover charge.

Food and drinks are available to purchase as and when you like, and we'll deliver it to your table so there's no big breaks in your game-play!

Prices per person:
£2 per person for 1 hour (£1 for children under 14)
£5 per person for the whole day (£2.50 for children under 14)

Children under 6 are free.

There is also a 10% discount for students.
