We love our models and try our best to keep them protected, safely stored away in those display cases but after being pushed around the tabletop, they're inevitably going to be worn out in time. It's only natural.
Dallas will show us some basic tips to repair your paint damaged models in an easy and clean method from Privateer Press.
I think it's time we broke out our old miniatures and did some repair jobs!
Have you been repairing your old paint schemes?
Holy feedback @Lancors I think my ears died. Nice work from Dallas though.
The feedback is at around 12:30 BTW.
That’s weird. Sorry about that :c
Great video. Doing repairs, hopefully, years after the initial painting of the mini seems to show that a paint log may be a good idea. I have started this and it really helps me when I am working on an army and want to make sure there is consistency or when I want to make a change so that there is some separation in units.
a nice figure with a fantastic paint job.
Got the opportunity to meet and talk to him. What a great guy, I can’t say enough. Does some fantastic painting. I wish I had a quarter of his skills.
P3 😉
That was good, a wake-up call.
Very useful tutorial.
Dallas is a great guy, always ready to answer questions, has been a great help to me recently, Really makes me think about what I want to achieve, with excellent advice, the main one being “practice” LOL.
“We’re gonna make these gauntlets a little bit punchier” punchy gauntlets… heh 😀
a great touch up an repair video Dallas.
Something I need to do 🙂 Something I avoid 🙂
