Those Heavy Gear Blitz boxes are awesome looking. Besides its always nice to have opportunity to get also other units like hover tanks and infantry instead of just gears.
what animation did he reference at 6:30, its looks vaguely familiar…
Ulysses was the cartoon I think.
Nice show again guys.
It’s Ulysses 31, a French-Japanese anime from the eighties.
I dont know in what countries it sold well, but I’d actually be surprised if Thomas David didn’t know about it, since he’s French…
BoW Romain
I have them all on DVD… it’s one of the most iconic cartoons of the 80’s
The score alone is one of the most memorable of any animation I can recall, jumping from spooky and atmospheric to electro-funk action in the blink of an eye.
If any of you youngsters get a chance to watch it (try YouTube) you’ll see how awesome it is!
Edit: Actually I recently lent the whole series to our resident anime fan @dignity maybe he’ll weigh in and give us his thoughts?
I’ve been told I look like Ulysses.
Though so far my gf’s daughter has resisted attempts to paint her blue and put an aerial on her head..
Warren and guys….please make sure to inform your advertisers that due to your show and website over the last year I have spent thousands of dollars on new Flames of War armies and Warhammer 40K kits to build in my new gaming room complete with Geek Chic gaming tables….you guys are great!!….Keep up the work!!
“well i hope that’s just shaking” – lol, naughty
Holy crap! Ratnik miniatures made S.T.A.L.K.E.R.S.! Squeeee! XD
In my quest to find sizes for Heavy gears I have found a link that is broken.

Much sadness was caused. Please supply pictures of the BoW crew pole dancing.
