ZEN Terrain Add Some Greenery To Your Sci-Fi Tabletops
May 12, 2015 by brennon
ZEN Terrain make some great looking terrain for use with games like Infinity in HDF with acrylic elements to them. Their most recent selection of terrain focuses on adding some greenery to the tabletop in the form of some Modular Planters...
Regimented Wild Growth!
In the far future it's always nice to see some greenery popping up in those metal plated corporate zones that adorn the different worlds you'll be fighting on. Even in a world of digital displays there has to be a place for trees and more - as long as they're planted in the right place.
As you can see above the various planters can be used in a variety of ways to either make one large planter or taken apart to make smaller ones. I personally like them as smaller planters allowing you to have different foliage in each and of course giving you more cover.
Adding The Natural Touch
Below are some of the planters with trees and bushes added to them to show off what they look like when adorned with nature...
My other thought for this terrain is you could use them as ponds or fountains as well as for this natural greenery. I could see some PanO facility in particular being very cool looking with a lot of different pools of shimmering water all over the place.
While I've been mentioning Infinity a lot this could also work for big Corporate areas in MERCS or even Afterlife from Anvil Industry.
What do you think of them?

Holy crap, those are the old GW plastic jungle trees! I’ve not seen them in years.
I actually have some of them in a box somewhere when I picked up a starter set of Eldar back in the day haha.
BoW Ben
they look good.
