WYSIWYGames Readies More Renders For Planet of the Apes

With Spring right around the corner, WYSIWYGames is ramping things up in preparation for their upcoming Planet of the Apes: The Miniatures Board Game.
We've been seeing some amazing looking apes heading into the world, but folks have been asking about the people...so here you go!
Here's our first look at the humans in the game, and they're also looking pretty great. I cannot wait to have a go at this game. The very nature of the vertical play space has me intrigued.

Caesar is 38mm high. This is an unusual scale. Human minis from other games will be difficult to use. The sculpt is great though. The future ape leader looks like having been taken directly from the film. A bit of more fur and he´ll be perfect. The vertical concept is great, but it is not unusual. Instead of having several floors in a space station, an industrial complex or something like this, we are going to have trees elevating the action, making it possible for apes to flee by tarzaning from one tree of the other. Will the humans be larger as well? They look great, and I’d be inclined to use them in other games if they were 28mm.
I like the look of all the figures the humans troops would be good in various games.
Oh, if they are going to do old school PotA I’m so in. That teaser of the gorilla general is fantastic. He looks the part for Ursus, or even Urko from the old TV series.
Is there any real need for a PotA game?
