Wild West Exodus Gives Jim Peterson A More Dynamic Pose
November 19, 2015 by deltagamegirl22
Sometimes the pose can make the difference between a good model and a great model. The Mercenary Jim Peterson's original pose in Wild West Exodus was your basic, at rest, armed and dangerous kind of stance. They decided to change him up a bit to make his pose more dynamic.
Yes, they went for a "foot on a rock" kind of pose, but that being said, his stance captures movement - like he's trying to change direction and he has his guns at the ready to cover whoever is in front or behind.
Here's what Jim looked like on the first pass...
I think they have made a significant improvement on the old sculpt and it's good to see Outlaw listening to their community.
What do you think of Jim's new pose?
"They decided to change him up a bit to make his pose more dynamic..."
Both look cool. But the newer one does look better!
New one’s nice, but think I actually prefer the original one
I love both, but I’m biased :p
There was nothing wrong with the original pose, but this new version is amazing! It is beautifully posed.
Another classic foot on RJ1027 Canister pose….. ; )
I liked the first pose, but I like how hardcore the new pose is.
Those do look really good.
