New Whisperer Miniatures Join The Drowned Earth’s Factions

Olmec Games' The Drowned Earth welcomes three new characters into the mix for different factions. The Artefacters, Firm and Bondsmen are going to be getting Whisperers who might be able to keep those dinosaurs at bay that keep hounding your expeditions and put them to use!

Lyra: Artefacter Whisperer // The Drowned Earth

This dinosaur trainer, Lyra, has made it so that the various Troodons under their care have become very good guard-dinos for the various dig sites and warehouses they have set up. When she is part of your team, she can allow your Troodons to act consecutively rather than stick to the standard alternate activation rules.

The second character we're going to meet is Tanto from the Firm who is another Whisperer.

Tanto: Firm Whisperer // The Drowned Earth

Tanto works for the criminals known as The Firm and has found a way to turn the Oviraptors into enforcers of a sort! He can get an Oviraptor to deploy wit him using his infiltration rule and scout ahead of the rest of your team, perhaps getting the drop on the enemy!

Last but not least, we have Chaak who acts as the Bondsmen's Whisperer.

Chaak: Bondsmen Whisperer // The Drowned Earth

Chaak makes a point of training the hard-hitting Domeheads. It turns out that when your enemy is knocked on their ass, they are a lot easier to snatch so you can secure their bounty. When used in your team, the knockdown will trigger whether they win combat or not which is super spicy.
