Lucid Eye Welcomes Clinton Shroud To The Plot Device Range
August 7, 2017 by brennon
Adding more strange characters to their Plot Device range, Lucid Eye Publications has now revealed the miniature from Clinton Shroud.
The idea of this collection is that it brings you all manner of interesting characters from 'far out dimensions' for you to use in your games. This fellow here looks a little bit Steampunk and a little bit Wild West.
I really like the style of the miniature and the big flowing duster gives him a Hollywood hero vibe which is probably what they were going for. Maybe I would have painted him in some brighter colours however just to elevate the miniature a little, but otherwise, this is spot on.
What do you think of Clinton Shroud?

I love this figure, he is inspired by the lead singer, Carl McCoy from the Goth band Fields of the Nephilim, one of my favourite bands.
There are currently four other sculpts in this range, the Moorcockian super spy and assistant, a well dressed monkey and an alien infiltrators very Ziggy Stardust, I have seen some of the forthcoming sculpts and I am really excited for this range, hopefully they will arrive in time for Hobby Night
CARL McCOY!!!!!
