Maggie & Glenn In Wave Three For Mantic Games The Walking Dead: All Out War
August 16, 2017 by thisisazrael
As part of their Wave Three previews for The Walking Dead: All Out War, Mantic Games have shown off some upcoming minis with our favourite zombie apocalypse couple Maggie & Glenn.
Glenn comes in his Prison Defender get-up that any fans of the TV show will definitely recognise.
The booster also comes with a walker, who unfortunately is also protected by armour which ignores the first ! on each attack roll, making him a tricky target.
Glenn has gained the ability to push enemies away with the Slippery rule while he can also Tread Lightly, which can meaning Run actions cause no noise.
Glenn's relationship with Maggie is represented in his True Love ability which will see him unleash extra attacks on any survivor who takes out Maggie.
In the Maggie Green Prison Defender booster you'll see Maggie has certainly matured and comes with models for the Greene kids Susie and Rachel and a new card for Maggie's father Hershel.
Maggie has had a big stats boost to melee, shooting and health.
We also see the benefit to having Glenn with her as when paired in the same group they will never panic.
Maggie's ability to stay calm is also reflected in her Steadying Influence which can reduce the Threat Level greatly.
I must say that I really like these new character cards, how the rules link together and it's given me a real craving to play some Prison scenarios, and eat some meat....

I like the riot cops.
Fab!! Love this game (and Zombicide Black Plague).
I have no interest in the game but the minis are great. I would love to use them for some other zombie based games. Its a shame they’re so expensive on a per-mini basis. £25 for 6 man-size PVC figures is loads.
